SDVOB/DVBE
Stanfield Systems is a federal service-disabled veteran-owned business (SDVOB), California-certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), and Small Business. This status provides substantial procurement leverage opportunities for government projects and is especially valuable because of disabled veteran sole source or set-aside authority under FAR/DFAR Part 19.14: "Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Procurement Program".
There is statutory Federal and California requirement for a minimum of 3% (of total contract value) disabled veteran contract participation. California procurement law further provides a 5% (up to $50K) cost preference during proposal evaluation scoring when over 25% of contract participation is performed by a California-certified small business.
